Prohibitory Order Under Section 163 of BNSS, 2023: Restriction on Carrying Arms, Flying Drones, and Digging Activities during Hon’ble President of India’s Visit to Kullu and Manali

Official prohibitory order issued by the District Magistrate, Kullu, under Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, enforcing security measures from October 05 to October 08, 2026, in connection with the visit of the Hon’ble President of India to Atal Tunnel Rohtang, Mata Hadimba Temple, and Manali.
