Tender Notice: Hiring of Orchestra Parties for Cultural Nights during International Kullu Dussehra Festival 2026

Sealed tenders (two-cover system) are invited by the Dussehra Festival Committee, Kullu, from experienced orchestra groups/bands to provide live instrumental accompaniment for Hindi, Punjabi, and Himachali artists performing at the Kalakendra stage and Rath Ground/Atal Sadan Auditorium during the International Kullu Dussehra Festival (October 21 to 27, 2026)
