Road Closure and Traffic Diversion on Panarsa-Hurla Tharas Road (Steel Truss Bridge Construction)

Official order issued by the Additional District Magistrate, Kullu, under Section 115 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. The Panarsa to Ghrat Nallah (Dalashni road) to Hurla Tharas Road will remain closed for all vehicular traffic from June 25, 2026, to July 16, 2026, to safely facilitate critical bridge launching, erection, and structural activities at Panarsa. Traffic is being temporarily rerouted via alternate routes.
