Corrigendum: Arms Prohibition Extended to Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) and Shooting Sports Exemption.

This is a partial modification of Order No. 2041/MA regarding the prohibition of carrying arms during elections. It extends the original order to cover Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) in addition to Panchayati Raj Institutions. It also introduces a new exemption for State and National level participants of shooting sports.
