Location For Govt Post Graduate College Kullu :      

     Government Post Graduate College Kullu,situated on the river bank of river Beas,has one of the most
 picturesque settings for granting the teaching-learning experience. The College has successfully completed
 40 years of its existence. It was established on 8th July 1967 with an aim to disseminate quality education
 to the youth of Kullu Valley and to shape the youth by harmonizing the streams of tradition and change.
  The college caters to the needs of people of Kullu,Lahaul & Spiti and Mandi districts. All the year round
 the gentle caress of the rustling cool breeze keeps both the teachers and the taught in an elated and
 refreshing mood. Thus no college can match the scenic splendour of this college.
                            The college is affiliated to H.P University,Shimla.At present it runs graduate courses in
 Arts, Science and Commerce, a post graduate course in English and a self financing course in BCA & Tours 
 Travel Management. The college has well equipped laboratories, a well-stocked library, sports,N.C.C,
 Rovers and rangers facilities and hostels for boys and girls.
        Accredited with B+ grade by NAAC,this college has established a glorious record of excellence and
 notable achievements in academics,sports,cultural and other fields in the past.
